SEO Directory collects the account and product information you provide to operate the software directory.
Information we process
We store your sign-in email, account identifier, submissions, uploaded images, review evidence, payment status, badge checks, sponsor reservations, votes, comments, follows, collections, and operational history. Published product and public profile information is public. Drafts and unpublished images are restricted to their owner and authorized operators.
Providers and purposes
Supabase hosts the database, authentication, and private image storage. Vercel hosts the application. OpenAI processes website evidence and listing details for optional autofill and exact evidence extraction. TypeSafe Jev independently evaluates software fit, claim support, spam and prohibited-content risk, factual conflicts, language quality, and the appropriate review route. Uncertain results are sent to an administrator. Stripe handles hosted payments; we do not store card numbers. Resend sends transactional messages when configured.
Cookies and analytics
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Draft text may be stored in your browser until saved or removed. We count daily listing views and outbound clicks using a daily hashed identifier; sponsor impressions and clicks use the same privacy-preserving method; raw IP addresses are not stored in our analytics tables. Deduplication hashes are removed after seven days. Aggregate counts remain.
Your choices
You can edit or withdraw a listing through your dashboard. Contact the operator to request account deletion, access, correction, or data export. Records required for payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period.
Automated review
Website text and your listing may be assessed automatically. Uncertain cases go to an administrator. Contact us to request human review of a decision.
