These terms describe submission and listing conditions for SEO Directory. By submitting software, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the product and share the supplied content.
Submission standards
Listings must describe usable software accurately in English. Spam, deceptive claims, scams, malware, phishing, adult content, gambling, and non-software service listings are not accepted. We may review, reject, correct, or suspend submissions that fail these standards.
Free listings
A free listing requires the supplied badge on the submitted homepage, visibly linking to https://seodirectory.io/. Confirmed badge removal starts a 72-hour repair period. An unresolved removal makes the listing ineligible until successful reverification.
Paid badge exemption
The badge exemption costs $39 USD, €35 EUR or £29 GBP once per product listing. Other supported currencies are converted from €35; Stripe includes its conversion fee in the displayed amount. Your final currency and total are shown before confirmation. Checkout is offered after approval. It becomes active after verified payment confirmation. Payment does not bypass review, prevent suspension for violations, or guarantee traffic, search rankings, or a particular listing duration.
Refunds and disputes
Contact the operator about duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or a refund request. Statutory rights remain unaffected. A refund or dispute revokes the paid exemption; the listing must then satisfy the free badge requirement to remain eligible.
Content and links
You retain ownership of your content and grant permission to display it for the directory. External product websites are operated by their respective owners. You may withdraw your listing in the dashboard.
Launches, votes, and community content
Eligible products enter a scheduled UTC launch cohort. Each account may cast one reversible vote per launch. Votes do not create a guarantee of placement or traffic. Comments, replies, follows, and public collections must be lawful and relevant. We may use automated spam review and administrator moderation, and may reject or remove abusive, deceptive, or promotional spam.
Recurring sponsorship
SEO Directory provides fourteen rotating on-site sponsor slots at $99 USD or €91 EUR per month. Reserving a place authorizes a payment method without charging it. Billing begins only when a slot is assigned, and placement activates only after a verified paid invoice. When capacity is full, reservations enter a FIFO queue. Cancellation remains active through the paid period. Failed payment receives a limited recovery period; refunds and lost disputes remove placement immediately. Sponsorship does not bypass product review or improve vote ranking.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and information accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or third-party product quality. Material changes to these terms will be published here.
