AI tool submissions
Submit your AI tool to SEO Directory
Put a real AI software product in front of the directory's reviewers. Prepare accurate product details, choose a listing path, and submit one tool for review.
See submission optionsWhat you need before submitting
Your product should have a public website that explains what people can actually use today. A name and a prompt alone are not enough for a useful listing. Prepare a short description of the user and task, current pricing or access terms, a working product URL, and screenshots that show the real experience. If a feature is in beta, limited to a waitlist, or depends on another service, say so plainly.
SEO Directory has an AI & Machine Learning category and an AI-powered tag. Choose them only when they describe the product. Review the category, tags, features, use cases and any AI-generated draft before you send it. The listing should help a visitor decide whether the tool is relevant, not repeat claims about being the “best” AI product.
- 1
Open the submission form
Start from the current listing options. Sign in, enter the public product URL, and choose the free or badge-free path. One submission describes one product; SEO Directory does not submit your tool to other sites.
- 2
Check every generated detail
AI assistance can prefill a draft, but you are responsible for its accuracy. Replace vague claims with a concrete task, audience and outcome. Verify the product name, tagline, screenshots, features, pricing model and official link against the live product.
- 3
Choose the badge requirement
The free listing requires a visible SEO Directory badge on your website. The badge-free option has a one-time payment after approval. Both paths use the same independent review standards; payment does not guarantee acceptance, votes or search ranking.
- 4
Respond to review and launch
Review can approve supported software, reject clear spam, or send uncertain submissions to administrators. If you need to correct a fact, edit the draft rather than making another near-identical product entry. An eligible approved product then joins a scheduled UTC launch cohort.
What makes an AI tool listing useful?
Show the first task a new user can complete. For example, describe the input, the useful output, and the limits a buyer should know. If the tool handles private data, link to its public privacy information instead of promising a level of security you have not established. If it produces text, images, code or analysis, use a real screenshot and identify the intended user. Keep the official website's claims and the directory listing consistent.
After publication, check the public product page for broken links or outdated pricing. Measure referral visits, relevant signups and paid customers separately. A directory listing is a discovery path; SEO Directory does not promise a traffic volume or ranking improvement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I submit an AI tool for free?
Yes. The current free path requires a visible SEO Directory badge and review before publication. Read the live plan details before starting because terms can change.
Can I submit a tool that is still in beta?
Describe its actual availability and what a visitor can do now. Reviewers need a reachable public product page and enough accurate information to evaluate the listing. Do not describe a waitlist as a generally available tool.
Does the paid option guarantee a listing or backlink?
No. The one-time badge-free option removes the badge requirement after approval. It does not bypass review or promise search rankings. See the launch guide for the complete sequence.
